Ingredients

Durum wheat semolina, pasteurized fresh eggs 20%, porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and relative group) 7%, Italian summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 3%, flavors. May contain traces of soy.

Chef Tips

(1) Bag of TRFL Pasta

(1/4) Cup grated parmesan cheese

(1) Tbsp. butter

(1) Tbsp. salt

Boil 8 cups of water, add salt then the pasta and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until "al dente". Melt the butter in a separate saucepan. Drain the pasta and return it to the saucepan. Combine the pasta and melted butter and toss over medium heat for about 1 minute. Add the grated parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
