Our journey begins with the Alba White Truffle, known globally for its unparalleled intensity, richness, and complexity. With over 120 aromatic molecules, these truffles offer a symphony of flavors, from hints of bush and artichokes to delicate notes of honey and hazelnut, with nuances of garlic, hay, moist earth, and spices. Each Alba White Truffle is a natural masterpiece, reflecting its unique terroir.

Durum wheat semolina, pasteurized fresh eggs 20%,Italian summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 7%, flavor. It may contain traces of soy.
Chef Tips
(1) Bag of TRFL Pasta
(1/4) Cup grated parmesan cheese
(1) Tbsp. butter
(1) Tbsp. salt
Boil 8 cups of water, add salt then the pasta and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until "al dente". Melt the butter in a separate saucepan. Drain the pasta and return it to the saucepan. Combine the pasta and melted butter and toss over medium heat for about 1 minute. Add the grated parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
