Our journey begins with the Alba White Truffle, known globally for its unparalleled intensity, richness, and complexity. With over 120 aromatic molecules, these truffles offer a symphony of flavors, from hints of bush and artichokes to delicate notes of honey and hazelnut, with nuances of garlic, hay, moist earth, and spices. Each Alba White Truffle is a natural masterpiece, reflecting its unique terroir.

Ingredients

70% Corn flour, 25% rice flour, 5% Truffle Powder (natural flavour, carob flour, flavour, dried Summer Truffle: Tuber aestivum Vittad).

Chef Tips

(1) Package of TRFL Pasta

(1/4) Cup grated Parmesan cheese 

(1) Tbsp. butter

(1) Tbsp. salt

Boil 8 cups of water, add salt and pasta and cook for 6–7 minutes until al dente. Drain, return pasta to the pot and toss with melted butter for 1 minute. Add Parmesan, mix gently and serve immediately.
