Ingredients:

  • 1 Pack TRFL Barolo Tagliolini with Truffle
  • 1 cup Pork Sausage, casing removed
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 3 Yellow Potatoes, peeled and diced
  • ½ cup Cooking Cream
  • 2 Leeks, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Sunflower Oil
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil, White Wine, Salt, Flour to taste

Cooking Time:

  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Cook Time: 30 minutes

Potato Cream:

  1. Sauté diced potatoes in olive oil, season with salt, and cover with water.
  2. Cook for 10-15 minutes until tender, then add cream.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Crispy Leeks:

  1. Coat sliced leeks in flour and fry in 400°F sunflower oil until golden and crispy.
