- 6 Shrimp (suitable for raw consumption)
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- Fresh Chili, Olive Oil, Parsley, Salt, Pepper to taste
Cooking Time:
- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Cook Time: 10 minutes
Shrimp Tartare:
- Peel, devein, and finely dice the shrimp.
- Season with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and form into discs using parchment paper.
- Freeze for 15-20 minutes to set.
Garlic and Chili Oil:
