Ingredients:

  • 1 Pack TRFL Porcini and Truffle Tagliatelle
  • 1 cup Shelled Walnuts
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup Cooking Cream
  • Pecorino Romano, Butter, Apple Cider Vinegar, Olive Oil, Salt, and Black Pepper to taste

Cooking Time:

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 15 minutes

Walnut Pesto:

  1. Blend walnuts, cooking cream, Parmesan, olive oil, salt, pepper, and a splash of apple cider vinegar until smooth.
