Ingredients:
- 8.8 oz (250g) Truffle Pasta
- 3 Fresh Sea Bass Fillets
- 1 Broccoli
- 5.3 oz (150g) Anchovies in Oil
- 1 cup (250ml) Cooking Cream
- 1 Garlic Clove
- Butter, Olive Oil, Sugar, Salt, Pepper to taste
Cooking Time:
- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Cook Time: 30 minutes
Broccoli Cream:
- Boil broccoli in salted water for 7-8 minutes.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil, then blend with cooked broccoli until smooth. Keep warm.
Anchovy Cream:
- Melt butter in a pan and add drained anchovies, cooking until dissolved.
- Stir in cooking cream and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Blend and strain.
Final Preparation:
